Terms & Conditions

All design services and custom window treatment orders are subject to the Avabelle Interiors standard service agreement. To ensure a seamless experience and protect your investment, please note the following:

• Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has commenced with the manufacturer.

• Payment & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate all custom orders. Final balances are due upon delivery or scheduled installation.

• Lead Times & Logistics: While we strive for timely delivery, all lead times are estimates. We are not liable for manufacturer or shipping delays.

• Site Readiness: Clients are responsible for ensuring work areas are accessible and clear of furniture or obstructions for our professional installers.

• Material Variance: Please note that slight color and texture variations may occur between digital samples and physical fabrics.​
