Because each window treatment is tailored specifically to your home’s unique dimensions and your personal style, all sales are final. To ensure your investment is protected, our policy follows these core principles:

• Finality of Custom Orders: Once your final selection is approved and the deposit is processed, the order is immediately moved into production. At this "point of no return," orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

• The Right to Remedy: While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or "buyer’s remorse," your satisfaction is our priority. If a product arrives with a manufacturing error or is damaged during installation, we will act swiftly to remedy and rectify the issue. We will facilitate a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

• Manufacturer Protection: We partner exclusively with leading manufacturers who stand behind their craftsmanship. All products are covered by the comprehensive warranties provided by the specific brands we specify for your project.

We encourage all clients to review their final order summaries, measurements, and fabric swatches carefully during the consultation phase to ensure every detail meets their expectations prior to approval.
